BEYOND4.0 was represented at the International Conference on Jobs and New Technology: New Jobs Strategy for Changing World of Work , held in Seoul (South Korea), by Peter Oeij (TNO). The conference was organised by the Korea Labor Institute and hosted by the Presidential Jobs Commission and opened by the Korean Minister of Labor and Employment, mr. Lee.

While researchers of the OECD presented their New Jobs Strategy investigation, Peter gave a presentation about Workplace Innovation, and shortly introduced the BEYOND4.O project. On the day after the conference, Peter presented how to move from theory to practice with workplace innovation,

and held discussions with participants from the Korea Labor Institute, Ministry of Labor and Employment, some universities and companies like Samsung.
