Dr. Vassil Kirov, ISSK-BAS, gave a keynote speech entitled "The future of social dialogue in the context of the digital transformation" at the Canadian-European Workshop on collective bargaining organised by Global Affairs Canada and the European Commission on the 13th of November in Ottawa. This was an occasion to present some initial findings of BEYOND4.0 and to discuss with more than fifty  Canadian and EU stakeholders (representatives of labour authorities, employers' organisations and trade unions) and academics from leading universities.
