University of Utrecht, January 31 - February 2, 2022
In this Winter School, we aim to provide a unique opportunity for (in particular) early-career researchers to network, collaborate and share research ideas with fellow academics involved in research into the nature, development, and consequences of Entrepreneurial Ecosystems (cf. Acs et al. 2017; Brown & Mason 2017; Isenberg 2010; Spigel 2017; Stam 2015; Theodoraki et al. 2018; Wurth et al. 2021).
The Winter School will be hosted by the Entrepreneurial Ecosystems team at Utrecht University School of Economics, led by Erik Stam. You can expect three days of inspiration, intensive feedback from researchers at the forefront of ecosystem research and development, as well as a unique occasion to discuss special topics with peers.
We are proud to have special guests David Audretsch (Indiana University) and Christina Theodoraki (TBS Education) in attendance to share ongoing work and to feedback on ongoing research papers or PhD proposals, as well as participate in panels and discussions throughout the three-day program.
The Entrepreneurial Ecosystems Research Winter School is open to all PhD students and other early career scholars involved in entrepreneurial ecosystem research in any context. We provide a unique opportunity for attendees to submit proposals and manuscripts prior to attendance, to be discussed in a Paper Development Session with senior scholars.
